While dealing with a family member’s passing is never easy, Joe and the Bio-One of Allentown team has greatly reduced my stress levels during this difficult time. Joe and his team moved quickly when I contacted him and has gone out of his way to help with every aspect of the needed cleanup and removal. Joe even helped connect me with the insurance adjuster to help cover some of the cleanup costs. The cleanup was conducted quickly and completely. I cannot say enough good things about the level of service and compassion that Joe and his team have shown to me during this truly overwhelming time. I will forever be grateful for their professionalism and in particular, Joe’s caring attitude towards those of us going through such situations. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could. A stellar company and people.

I would give 10 stars if I could! If you need these services, call this company! My sister passed away unexpectedly, and cleaning out her apartment necessitated excavating an extreme hoarding situation. I felt overwhelmed and knew I needed professional help. I emailed Bio-One for an estimate at 10pm and Joe got back to me immediately. We met at the apartment the very next morning on a Friday and they started the job on Monday. 48 hours later, the apartment was spotless. Joe and the team did everything. They recovered and set aside items of value like jewelry, photos, personal effects, my late father’s watch, and even the title to my sister’s car! (truly a needle in a haystack). They removed over 2600 pounds of trash and junk (including heavy unwanted furniture) from a 12th floor apartment in an old building with a single rickety elevator. Joe and team also arranged to donate salvagable items we didn’t want to a charity supporting veterans. Throughout the process, the communication was excellent, and Joe was very compassionate, kind, and professional. I also thought the price was fair and reasonable considering the scope of the project and related logistics. Thanks, Joe and Bio-One!

They did an amazing job cleaning up a big mess. They were at my home in just a few hours and had a massive job done in just a few hours!! 10 out of 10!! Thank you so much for the service that you offer to families that are already dealing with a difficult time.
