Bio-One is a fantastic company that we cannot recommend highly enough! They assisted us on several occasions from 2024-2025, during a truly difficult time and made it much easier on us. They helped with a hoarding situation, pest/mold remediation, hazardous waste removal and final cleanout when the house was sold. Joe was easy to work with, empathetic to our situation, communicated clearly and worked quickly and efficiently. I would use them again and again!

Joe answered my call at night when I thought I'd leave a voice mail for a return call the next day! He was immediately on the job and took care of everything necessary. During such a difficult time, he displayed such compassion and just got the job done. I recommend this company to anyone who may need this service. He deserves more than 5 stars! Thank you for your help during such a difficult time for our family.

Joe and his team were immensely helpful during a paralyzingly difficult time. They were compassionate, clear in their communications, and supportive with logistics. Specifically, they graciously took over the conversation with the landlord, to inform that building insurance was the most appropriate party to pay. During such an overwhelming experience, I am so grateful to have had the support of Joe’s team.
